Introduction
Use this guide to replace the small plastic gear located within a gear drone arm in your Holy Stone HS165 drone model.
 Is your Holy Stone HS165 drone having issues flying? It could be that the gear within the arm is not functioning properly. Before following the guide below spin all the drone propellers on each drone arm and make sure it’s not an issue such as replacing the drone propellers themselves. If the gear within the drone arm is your issue you will feel a very obvious click when spinning the drone arm.
If this issue goes unnoticed, your drone won’t fly properly and can lead to your drone crashing more frequently which can lead to the drone no longer working anymore.
***Before starting:***
There are a lot of small pieces in this guide. Remove the screws with a bowl underneath or immediately place the screws into the bowl.
We also suggest including a plate or a bowl as well to put the gears on so you don't lose them. It's also needed in order to sort through the gears to find the proper gear.
