Follow this guide to replace the I/O (input/output) board in your Lenovo ThinkPad T16 Gen 3 laptop.
The I/O board includes the ethernet and USB ports as well as the SIM card tray. If you're having issues with either of the ports, or their connections are loose, you may need to replace the I/O board.
