Follow this guide to replace the I/O (input/output) board in your Lenovo ThinkPad T16 Gen 3 laptop. This board contains the power button, Ethernet, USB, and SIM card tray on the right side of the laptop. If any of these are malfunctioning, this board can be replaced as a daughterboard separate from the mainboard. If the ports on the left side of your T16 Gen 3 are malfunctioning, you may need to replace the entire mainboard as they are directly attached to it. | | The I/O board includes the ethernet and USB ports as well as the SIM card tray.
