The Petcube Play 2 is a sturdily built cube requiring a select assortment of tools and some patience. Its main build is split into three parts: exterior, Top half, and Bottom half. The exterior keeps its inside circuits safe and hidden. The top half holds the motherboard, microphones, LEDs, and the major circuitry of the device. The bottom half holds the power input, the motors, and the speaker.
