If the Bissell CrossWave Cordless Max 2554A vacuum’s battery has died and it won't charge, the charging cord might be the issue. Replacing the cord is not as simple as just buying a new one, but requires removal from the base. The cord attached to the docking station is easily replaceable once out from the base.
