Title
How to Change the VCOM Number in your Kobo Tablet
Introduction
Use this guide to change the VCOM, or "common voltage," number in your Kobo tablet.
The VCOM number is the reference voltage associated with your screen. In order for your screen to work properly, the tablet has to register the same VCOM number as the one printed on your screen. The VCOM can't be changed for your screen, but you can change the associated VCOM on your tablet. Therefore, you'll need to change the VCOM number if you replace the screen ''or'' the motherboard.
