Introduction |
If your Contixo V9 (model number V9X) is failing to hold a charge and it definitely isn't [[Contixo V9 Troubleshooting#Section_Charging_port_issues|an issue with the charger|new_window=true]], you can troubleshoot it [[Contixo V8V9 Troubleshooting#Section_Short_battery_life|here|new_window=true]]; you may need to replace the battery to fix it. This guide will tell you how to do this. You will need two blue iFixit opening tools and a fine-tipped soldering iron (see [guide|750|this guide|new_window=true] for information on soldering and desoldering connections); you may also want to use a plastic spudger, but this is optional (the blue opening tools would work too).
