Introduction
Use this guide to test and replace the water dispensing switch on your LG LFX 25973 Refrigerator.
The water dispensing switch triggers a solenoid valve in the refrigerator so that it dispenses chilled water through the dispenser.
If the switch fails, the refrigerator will not dispense water or could fail to stop dispensing it.
The repair is moderately difficult. The removal of the dispensing unit is probably the most challenging step.
