| Use this guide to replace the combination I/O (input/output) board in your Mac Studio (2023). | | | Four of the Mac Studio's ports are attached to the I/O board: | | | * Two USB‑A ports | | * One HDMI port | | * One 3.5 mm headphone jack | | If any of these ports are broken, you'll need to replace the entire I/O board. | | | If you're having connection issues with your HDMI port, you can't connect devices to the USB ports, or your audio is fuzzy, one-sided, or nonexistent, it may be time to replace the I/O board. | | ***Before starting this repair***, read through [link|https://support.apple.com/en-us/102971#input_output1|Apple's troubleshooting article|new_window=true] and try the software and cleaning suggestionssolutions that don't require taking your device apart.
