The Kyvol Cybovac E20 has two motorized wheels. This guide should be used to replace your the wheels if your device: |

* Is dragging along the floor |
| If your KYVOL CYBOVAC E20 is having issues turning, issues with traction, or not moving at all due to nonfunctional wheels, use this guide to replace the wheels.[br] |
| The wheels are used to move the device wherever it determines based off of a set path by the user. [br] |
| Before using this guide, be sure to examine the wheels and make sure there isn't anything lodged in the wheel compartment. Doing this could simply be done by seeing if there are any abnormalities with the wheels on the device.[br] |
| In step 3, you will be required to remove a connection that powers the wheels. You should ensure that the device is powered down prior to following this guide. |
