Introduction
The drive belt can fail due to worn bearings, age, lack of use etc. and the part costs about £12.
You can cut the plastic base off the breadmaker to access the belt, but this leaves a hole in the base which is a safety hazard for small hands.
This guide shows how to disassemble the machine. There is a good disassembly video on you tube for the US market where this manufacturer is called 'Sunbeam' so not easy to find for UK repairers.
