In this guide you will be able to replace the battery component of the Neato Botvac Connected. Make sure the battery has fully lost its chargedrained before beginning. This repair may be needed if the Neato Botvac is not charging while being plugged into the charging dock. This also may be needed if the battery is not holding charge as long as it should.
