One of the biggest complaints about the phone is about the battery and how little it lasts, and how it stops working after a year. | | Before using this guide do a hard restart of the phone, to check if the issue is not coming from the software. Hold down the power button and volume-up button for at least 10 seconds until the device vibrates. Let go of the buttons, and the device will restart. Connect the device to a power source. A battery symbol should appear.
