Introduction
The control buttons can be found along the top of the device on the same panel as the upper vent screen. These buttons can often have malfunction, where one or more of them aren't working properly or properly responding to commands. To replace follow these moderately simple steps you may need a flat head screw driver or some other thin metal scalpel to engage in the prying open of panel.
