Introduction
This guide is to inform you on how to replace the exhaust fan in an Epson Powerlite S4 projector in cases where it is broken or shown to be defective.[br]
In order to prevent the projector from overheating, the exhaust fan helps dissipate the excess heat produced by internal components. If left untreated, a faulty exhaust fan will fail to dissipate heat from the internal components and will cause the projector to constantly shut down, and if it continues to be unresolved, the bulb in the projector will physically explode.[br]
Before starting, make sure to turn off and unplug the projector from any external power source.
