Introduction
Here we will replace the internal battery for a new one in the Roland JV-1080 synthesizer (1994).
***Important 1 ->*** make sure that you SAVE your valued presets to a memory card, or sysex export via midi, BEFORE changing the battery!
***Important 2 ->*** removerremove power cord before removing the top case.
***What you need:***
* A screw driver
* A new battery: CR2032
* Some good light
***Good to also have:*** A pen with some tape on the top to hold the battery in place + compressed air to cleanup the unit inside while it’s open
