If so, here is the guide to fix the problem with a simple battery replacement. All you need your Garmin Rino 700, an internal lithium-ion battery pack and a standard #1 Phillips Screwdriver in order to remove the screws involved with this replacement. This guide would be helpful when your charger or battery might be faulty. You would replace the battery after you have exhausted all possible options like screen brightness, map drawing speed, bluetooth features, etc for causing your battery to die quickly.
