Conclusion
In order to replace a motor that is fault you must follow this guide compeltely with the exception of when you unmount the stepper motor you must take out the set screw with the 2mm hex driver/key and put it on the replacement motor. Make sure to tighten the set screw on the flat surface on the motor shaft. By doing this little step you can replace the stepper motor by following this guide.
