Introduction
Today we will be learning how to replace all of the parts that will come in your 2002 Kawasaki KLR650 rebuild kit. These items are as follows, a bowl gasket, main jet, pilot jet, float seat and needle. It is recommended to have plenty of clean space to spread out all of the various components within the carburetor.
Today, April 24th, 2023, we are going to rebuild the 2002 Kawasaki KLR650 Carburetor. This will better control the air and fuel entering the engine.
Skills required are the basic mechanical skills and tools such as a cleaner and a carburetor kit. Rebuilding the carburetor isn’t a hard process and is pretty quick.
