Introduction
If your brake/tail light on your 2006 GT Ford Mustang isn’t illuminating and needs to be replaced, use this guide to replace the lightbulb.

The brake/tail light illuminates when the headlights are turned on to create visibility for drivers behind you during the night or adverse weather conditions. A burned out lightbulb will be very dim or not illuminate at all.

Before using this guide make sure that your brake/tail light is actually not illuminating.

Step 3 requires an 11mm socket so make sure you have one.

Before beginning make sure your car is turned off
