Replace your rear wheel if the wheel is rusted or worn down. | | If the rear wheel of your Hover-1 Rally (model H1-RALY) scooter won’t spin, use this guide to replace it. The wheel may need replacing if it has worn down or rusted. | | | | | Before using this guide, inspect the wheel for debris that blocks rotation. The wheel may lock up if there is a buildup of dust, dirt, leaves, or sticks between the spokes. The spokes are straight rods connecting the wheel’s center to the outside circle. Simply dislodge the debris from the stokes of the wheel to fix this issue. If this is the issue, you do not need to replace the rear wheel. | | | | | Before removing the wheel, make sure to completely turn off the scooter. |
