If your computer feels very hot to the touch or if it is turning on but then shutting down quickly, then you most likely need a new fan. The following 9 steps will show you how to remove the fan If you read the steps in reverse order it will show you how to put the fan back in. All you will need is a Phillips #0 and a Jimmy (A dull butter knife works as well). Make sure you do not pull on anything too hard or it could break.
