You will need to take the back off the phone, as well as taking out the battery to get to the motherboard housing. You will need need sim card ejection tool, T2 torx screwdriver, a #00 Phillips-Head screwdriver, plastic prying tools, a pair of tweezers, spudging tool, sim card ejection tool, and soldering iron.
