Introduction
The original touchpad on the X240 is difficult to operate, and has no separate buttons. The newer model X250 does have separate buttons on the touchpad, and can be interchanged with the older model. This is a very difficult procedure especially as the touchpad is held in by glue, but the results are good and make the X240 much easier to operate.
