Guide to replacing the battery in the Samsung Galaxy Express 3.
While the phone screen is facing directly away from you with the audio jack still on top, there will be a small tab on the top left that allows the plastic to be separated from the phone.
Using a fingernail or a small tool, lift the tab and allow the back of the phone to detach from the entire phone.
A small indent can be seen at the bottom of the battery that will allow you to pull the battery up and out.
Use a fingernail or small tool again to lift the bottom of the battery up and out of the phone.
On the top left of the battery’s slot, there are prongs that connect to the battery.
With your new battery, slide the top of the battery into the case making sure that the connectors match up, then push the bottom of the battery into the phone. The side of the battery with the non-disposable symbol should be facing you.
Once the battery is in the phone, reattach the cover, lining up the corners with the corners of the phone. Apply pressure on each corner until it snaps into place.
