Title
Logitech G910 Volume Control WheelModule Replacement
Introduction
Use this guide to replace the volume control wheel in your device. You won't be needing any special skills for this guide.
If the encoder is broken, refer to Guide Step 3 and 4 for encoder replacement.
Conclusion
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
Use Ifixit Logitech G910 Take Apart Guide for de-assemble and re-assemble procedures. Make sure use page 1 thru 3 for this guide purpose. No need to take the main board out of the base.
If the tiny hexagon shaft of the volume control roller is broken, the best chance is to find a roller on eBay, otherwise, to get a used "For Parts Only" G910 keyboard on eBay and scavenge the parts.
If the roller is okay, but the encoder is not working, then Google "5mm Encoder Switch Mouse Encoder" and get the spare parts and the issue is fixable.
