| * iPad chargers rated above 1.8A do not support the USB standard and won't charge the unit. Use a charger rated less than 1.8A. Place the camera on the charger cradle and let it sit for 30 minutes. Flashing Green LED indicates the unit is charging. It should be fully charged in two hours. |
| * If charging through a wall outlet, check the charger to make sure it outputs more than one amp. We recommend a charger 1A-1.7A charger for the best charging experience. |
| * Make sure 360fly is powered off and placed on the charger. Depending on the charger it may not have enough power to charge the camera while the camera is on. |
| * If you are charging 360fly through your computer’s USB port, the computer may not supply enough power to charge the device. We suggest charging through a wall outlet with a standard smartphone USB charger. |
| * There may be a problem with the USB cable. Try a different one and see if this corrects the issue. |
| * Clean the brass contacts on the Power Cradle and on the bottom of the 360fly. |
