The Zoombak's battery life weakens over time and it needs to be replace. It will no longer hold a charge. Instead of shipping it back to the company and paying to have the battery replaced, you can do it yourself if you have the right tools and the right battery. Finding the right battery was the most challenging part.
I found a Sony Erricson J100, J220, W710, W810, Z300, Z710 battery that fits perfectly.

Backside has four rubber plugs. Remove them and find the Phillips head screws.

Use a small tip flat blade screw driver to remove the rubber plugs.

Old battery. No numbers just 3.7 volt 890mAh. Very difficult to figure out. I found a Sony Erricson J100, J220, W710, W810, Z300, Z710 battery that fits perfectly.

The old one was swollen from being on the charger for so long.

And turn it back on, and it blinks green! I let it run down and recharged the battery. I get about 3 days use from it now. Good luck!

Excellent guide! Precise step-by-step instructions. The recommended replacement battery was a perfect fit, and works like the original battery. Took about 20 minutes and approx $5.00 for the new battery to do the entire job.
