This is one of the simplest repairs that can be done on this model of Zoll ventilator and should be done whenever there is a leak in the gas line on the ventilator and you have already identified that the hose is still in good condition.

    • Remove the damaged fitting by unscrewing with a 1-inch deep socket wrench.

    • 2 Place O-ring unto underside of outlet fitting.

    • Place fitting and O-ring unto Gas Output and tighten with a 1” deep socket wrench. (Do not cross thread).

    • Perform HiPot Testing then perform Functional Test using the RCS.
