If the CMOS Sensor within your Zerodate T26 mouse is not working due to damage or debris, follow this guide to remove and replace the part. Follow this step-by-step guide with a plastic opening tool to pry the mouse open, a Phillips screwdriver to remove the plates, and a soldering iron to begin replacing them. New CMOS sensors and red LEDs can be purchased online.

            Remove the top shell of the mouse by using the iFixit opening tool to carefully pry the top shell apart from the bottom plate.

            Remove the adhesive pads using precision tweezers or the iFixit opening tool.

            Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove all four 10 mm screws.

            Carefully pull the middle shell apart from the bottom plate.

            The circuit board should then be visible and attached to the bottom plate.

            Remove the battery from the mouse as shown, and set it to the side for later.
