This guide explains how to diagnose and repair a loss of treble sound in a Zeppelin speaker tweeter, caused by a coil (L102) detached from the printed circuit board.

Just a heads-up: there are small squares on the main board where the tweeter cables are connected. These are small 4-wire coils (dual windings).

One of these coils, L102, was detached from the printed circuit board.

I desoldered this small component, modified its housing to turn it over on the circuit board, and thus gained a little slack to be able to resolder these 4 very short and thin wires to their respective terminals.

Upon reassembly, I got the stereo back in the high frequencies! The second tweeter was functional again.
