  1.     • Remove all eleven 9mm PH 2 Phillips screws securing the back of the case.

    • Remove the two 7mm PH 0 Phillips screws holding the slider to the slider handle.

    • The back of the slider will likely be coated in lubricant. Be careful not to make a mess.

This helps me alot. I haven't took my son's apart yet but my question is when you turn the slider to erase the board it will not erase.
