This is the procedure for replacing the keyboard on a VAIO Pro PF (VJPF11*)

Remove all 16 screws from the back.

The bottom and key-top components can be separated by removing the rear screws.

Pull out the flat cable shown in the picture to completely decouple it.

Use a spatula to separate the plastic pins that hold the keyboard top and keyboard in place.

A portion of the broken pin will remain, and the new keyboard will be glued to this to hold it in place.

The left side is the new keyboard and the right side is the old keyboard.

Install the new keyboard, aligning it with the remaining plastic pins for fixing.

Use adhesive to fix the keyboard. This time, we used UV hardening adhesive. If you want to fix it more firmly, it is better to use epoxy adhesive.

Install all cover seals and FAN airflow seals that were used for insulation.

Tie the flat cable and secure the keyboard top and mainboard side with screws.

Turn on the power and check that the key input and backlight work properly.
