The battery pack is what provides the phone power. It is important to have a battery that is charged so that it will not die during a phone conversation.

Turn the phone over with the back facing upwards.

Press your thumb down on the top of the cover and push downwards.

Once the back has been removed, the battery will be connected by 2 wires.

Pull the small, grey connector to disconnect the battery pack.

Take the replacement battery and push the grey connector back into the phone.
