To remove the ear cushions, press firmly down and rotate them clockwise, it should twist about 2mm and release, allowing you to pull it off.
When reassembling, be sure to line up the locking plates.

Are Elite 800 ear pads going to fit Elite 800x headset? Im from UK and I cant find pads for 800x anywhere.

It’s the same pair of headsets, only the dock is different, so yes it will fit. Please let me know if you find any ear pads that come with the plastic part, i could not find any :(
