Start with the ear padding facing up.

Remove the ear padding by separating the fabric piece from the plastic headphone piece.

The leather padding will slide off the plastic piece holding it in place. Don't be afraid to pull with a little force.

Use a Philips head screwdriver to remove the speaker cover.

Be careful the speaker is attached to the chip inside by wires.

The recommended screwdriver bit size is a PH 0.

Once the speaker cover is removed, the wires can be cut or de-soldered.

Remove the speaker.

Insert the new speaker
