Warning:
You can disassemble the instrument cluster for a neater solution, however beware, the buzzer is linked to the ECU so any electrical circuit modifications like actually disconnecting the buzzer could lead to a ECU malfunction.

Start by removing the hood over the instrument cluster. Pull the hood straight out towards the steering wheel.

After removing the hood, undo the four screws securing the instrument cluster and pull forward.

The buzzer is accessed through a grill in the bottom of the instrument cluster/combination meter. Simply poke a sharp object into the grill and mash up the speaker dome to neutralize the buzzer!
