Remove the following two 4mm screws with a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

Remove the following twelve 4mm screws with a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

Use a spudger to depress the six white clips connecting the plastic cover

Run the spudger or a plastic card around the entire laptop to release the rest of the clips.

Remove the cover and set to the side.

Remove the two 7mm screws with a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

Use tweezers or your fingers to disconnect the speakers from the motherboard.

Where are these speakers available to buy
I'm looking for it too (mine is a E45-B4200) but I only find fake ones.
At this point I'm going to try to fix the membrane with some kind of flexible glue.
