Flip the laptop over so the bottom is facing up.

Slide the two lock tabs on the battery to the open position.

While still holding the lock tabs outward, use your hand to grab the top of battery and pull up.

Remove the battery.

Flip the laptop around so that the bottom is facing you.

Unscrew the Phillips #00 screw, and remove the back cover.

Spread the metal clamps on either side of the RAM card outward so the RAM pops up.

Pull the RAM out of the slot in a horizontal direction.
