Place fingers on the latches and slide outwards to unlock.

Using the Phillips Head #0 Screwdriver, remove one 3mm Phillips #0 screw as indicated.

Remove hard drive cover. Using the Phillips Head #0 Screwdriver, remove seven 3mm Phillips #0 screws as indicated.

Using the Phillips Head #0 Screwdriver, remove twelve 3mm Phillips #0 screw as indicated.

Using the plastic spudger, pry the back off along the periphery of the laptop.

Using the Phillips Head #0 Screwdriver, unscrew four 3mm Phillips #0 screws, on the silver plate under the copper tubing.

Using the Phillips Head #0 Screwdriver, remove two 1.5mm Phillips #0 screw holding the fan down.

After unscrewing, remove the heatsink from the laptop.

Unplug connected wire to remove the fan as indicated. Both the heatsink and fan should be removed before replacement.
