Turn off and unplug the sprayer.

Lay the sprayer down horizontally before continuing.

Use a pick tool to scrape the red paint from the side of the pressure control knob.

Use a 2 mm Allen wrench to loosen the control knob.

Use a flathead screwdriver to pry and remove the clip securing the stop sleeve.

Remove the stop sleeve.
-

Remove the pressure spring.

Use an adjustable wrench to remove the regulator assembly.
