Use this guide to replace and discharge the capacitor in your Titan Elite 3000 High Pressure Airless Sprayer.
WARNING: To ensure the capacitor is discharged, keep the sprayer unplugged for at least 20 minutes before beginning your repair.

Turn off and unplug the sprayer.

Lay the sprayer down horizontally before continuing.

Use a Phillips driver to remove five screws securing the top cover:

Two 48 mm-long screws

Two 28 mm-long screws
-
One 25 mm-long screw

Pull the top cover up and reposition it to the side, exposing the capacitor underneath.

Use a 13 mm wrench to loosen the capacitor's nut enough to allow the capacitor to lift up.

Remove the capacitor from its housing to access the cable connectors.

Disconnect the capacitor's top spade connector.

Repeat this procedure for the remaining two connectors.

Remove the capacitor.
