Remove the black 10mm using a JIS #1 screw driver.

Remove the two 10mm black screws on the top of device using a Hex 2.5mm Key. Only the two outside screws.

Gently pull apart both halves of device to access inside.

Using a small plastic opening tool, gently pry up the white connector that connects the USB cable to the board.

Desolder the black cable that connects the USB port to the motherboard.
