Take out the wires from the JST SH connector

Use this guide to get to the battery.

Insert an opening pick in between the battery and the double-sided tape to take it out.

Desolder the 2 wires connecting the battery to the motherboard. Remember where the positive and negative terminals are soldered.

Take the new battery and solder it to the connectors, being mindful of the + and -
