Do we need two different screw drivers for this or is the recommended one enough?

Jamey Rassweiler - crwdns2934203:0crwdne2934203:0

You need the recommended one for the lid an a torx T5 for the screws inside

I've had the back off my 2015 15" Retina MBP a few times, without any issues. I bequeathed it to my wife and now without warning there are several screws missing. I don't understand what happened, how can this be? (No, she didn't remove them just to prank me!)

Are new screws likely to stay in place, or is it more likely the screw sockets are damaged or stripped?

I would try some loctite. The screws on mine had a small amount of the "green" version
