Start with the laptop closed on a flat surface.

Flip the laptop so the bottom side is facing up.

Place your hands on the lock/unlock function on the laptop on either side on the bottom of the laptop and slide.

Lift and pull the battery up away from you

Carefully remove the battery from it's slot
