Before use underwater it's important to ensure that the device is properly sealed. Otherwise, the device will likely be seriously damaged. If the battery/memory card cover seal is damaged, broken, or not properly sealing the device to prevent it from taking in water or other hazards, then it needs to be replaced before the camera is used underwater.

Using your finger, slide the release catch to unlock the battery/memory card cover.

Push the battery eject lever to free the battery.

Using a Phillips #00 screwdriver, remove the two 2mm screws on the battery/memory card cover seal.

Using your fingers, remove the battery/memory card door seal.

the Cyber shot by Sony has a lousy battery door it breaks very easily it's made of cheap plastic do you have any replacements for it?
