Start off by taking the stylus pen out of the phone.

Heat the back glass of the phone in order to soften the adhesive.

Apply the suction cup and pull up on the back glass. If you cannot get the back glass off, reheat it, then repeat this step.

Carefully insert the pick and pry up on the back glass.
