Remove the back battery cover.

Using a nylon spudger, remove the phone's battery.

Remove six (4.28 x 1.25)mm screws using the Phillips #00 screwdriver.

Use a nylon spudger to gently pry the silver plastic back plate from the body of the phone.

Pop the antenna plug off of its socket with a pair of metal tweezers.

Peel the button sensor on the side of the motherboard off of the case.

Pop the speaker plug out of its socket.

Pry the antenna/speaker component out of its casing. You need to use a little force to get the piece to pop out.

You will now be able to replace the antenna/speaker module.
