If you need a new analog because yours is jammed and dirty, then this is where you need to be. On this replacement guide our team will be fixing the analog stick on a SAFFUN Wireless N64 Controller. For this replacement you will need a 3.5 fixit screw driver, a 1.5 Jakemy screw driver, and a soldering tool. There aren't any difficult steps in this replacement, just follow along!

For step 1, I used a 3.5 screw driver to unscrew the 7 base screws and 1.5 screw driver to unscrew the 2 upper screws.

For step two, we used the same 3.5 screw driver to unscrew the 3 screws around the component.

Then we unscrewed the three screws on the component.

For step 3, we used a soldering tool to etch off the board.

We took off all three sides as you can see in the photos.

After doing that, we replaced the piece and put it back together.

We screwed the screws back into the back and pushed the front and back pieces together. Now the analog is successful
